Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Skill On Net Limited ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website luckyvegas.me.uk ("the Website"). The Company operates under Malta Gaming Authority licence number MGA/CRP/171/2009.

By visiting, registering with or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the Website.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Website will be limited to the amount you have deposited with us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising from or connected with them or with your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of Malta.

Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

If you are a consumer, this section does not remove any mandatory protection given to you by the law of the country where you live, nor any right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
